For Executive Chef Leon Brovasik, sharing a meal is one of the most meaningful ways to bring people together, spark conversation, and create lasting memories.

Long before stepping into professional kitchens, Leon traveled to more than 30 countries as a flight attendant. Experiencing different cultures, regional traditions, and exceptional cuisines shaped his culinary perspective and continues to inspire every menu he creates today. After discovering his true passion for cooking, Leon established himself in New York City's culinary scene by opening a celebrated café inside the iconic Russian & Turkish Baths, earning a loyal following and recognition from The New York Times.

Today, as Executive Chef and Co-Founder of Crafted With Love Catering, Leon combines classical technique, global inspiration, and genuine hospitality to create thoughtfully curated dining experiences for cocktail receptions, corporate events, private dinners, and family celebrations.
